it says something about listening for long periods of time can damage stuff. I guess it has something to do with the french laws on how loud devices can go that have headphones.

Its on European PSPs only, i think. Got one with this sticker myself.

It says "If you listen to long with full volume, your ears may suffer severe damage"

That's why there' s also this ALVS? Option built into the XMB.
