If 2.8 & TA-082?

If my psp comes with this am i completely f**ked? The mod chip says it dont support TA-082's. *prays for anything but TA-082"

Indeed, as 2.8+'s can't be downgraded at all yet. If it is a TA-082 then the mod chip won't work either :( Pray for a non TA-082, although it probably will be. Where are you buying it from?

its bought already. From ebay. Its one of those White "ceramic" ones. I liked the color, and no i'm not an owner of the ipod i depise that thing therefore i own a Creative Zen microphoto. Well psp has some great games such as the Capcom collection packs and the GTA's

most ceramic whites are ta 082 ive heard, though mine isnt, mine was bought 2 days b4 european release, and happens 2 be japenese. all u can do is pray man.
