I just bought Fifa 07,which requires 2.71.My last devhook was 4.2 which obviously only supported up to firmware 2.6.Ive tried every devhook from 4.3 all the way up to 4.6.I place everything on my memory stick, place the DATA.PSAR in the MS0:/ root & then i do the Devhook install. After the install I run The normal devhook to launch the UMD & it runs the autoload then the screen just goes black & turns off about 5 sec after.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP,I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO UPDATE MY 1.5 FIRMWARE! :(

Download *link removed - not allowed* and run it and it will auto install devhook 0.46, and it will also install the 2.71 firmware dump to your memory stick which is what seems to be your problem.

And may I suggest that it would be 100% working if you format your memory stick, just incase you screwed around with the devhook files, but this shouldn't be neccesary, just do this if you do have problems with it regularaly.
EDIT: Sorry guys, I didn't realize it was illegal...

SOrry that isnt allowed on here, link that is.

decrypted firmware files are illegal and the ultimate devhook installer contains them
