Gta Cheat Device

Sorry for bothering you
but i've heared about GTA cheat device or something(actually i heared it can do the same as gameshark or action replay can do)
all I need to know is, from where i can get it or, how i can install it(i have 2.71 SE-B" FW)
and do i have to search for values my self or cheats are provided without such things
BTW - i have devhook with USB Option, do i have to delete that devhook to run the cheat device or it can be run without devhook

Well it comes with an installer when you download it to install it into devhook, so no need to uninstall anything. It comes with some limited built in cheats, and anyone can make new ones, if they have enough knowledge. You can also flash it to the firmware on SE-B".
