need help w/ emulators

hello
i'm new to this site (in terms of posting)
i never decided 2 come here until today when i d/led the 2.8 eloader, so of course i have some questions

1. where can I get the .bios file for the latest gpSP?
2. where can I get a 2.8-friendly Genesis and SNES emulator?
3. what's the best RPG for gba?
4. what's the best anime game for GBA?
5. what folder do i put ROMs for gpsp?

4. Dunno about too many anime games for GBA.
5. ROMS folder or any other folder.

1. Google, or dump it from your own gameboy
2. For Genesis, try Dgen or PSPGenisis (i dont know if either work, i have no 2.8, all i know is that those 2 are the best ones out)
For SNES, try SNES9xTYL 0.4.2 (or any lower version, DO NOT GET ME VERSION IT PROBABLY WONT WORK, but again i dont know if it works, i have no 2.8)
3. Varies from person to person (along with their bias opinions) but i say any Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts or Golden Sun
4. Dunno, only one i actually know of is Naruto
5. Doesnt matter as it has a ROM browser (can look anywhere on your memory stick)

4. id say naruto
5. create a folder named Roms and put them in there. same for all emulators.
