i have a 1.5 psp with devhook and the works however i have a friends with a 2.80 psp and wants me to " hombrew up" his psp what exacly is this eloader what can i run?

is it safe? any previous bricks of malfunctions

You can't brick his 2.80... its completely safe.

It can run user mode 1.00 psp eboots.

its a loader. it CANT brick. ever. period. just make sure every game you try to run through it is USERMODE or they WILL NOT WORK!!!

It's safe, but it sucks cause it can barely load anything(emulators), but it can load some homebrew.

eloaders dont write to flash so there is no chance of a brick and you should tell your friend to wait for the next 2.8* eloader or the downgrader (which could be a while)
