i dont get it... why woul you want to exactly, other than downgrading which is probablyimpossible using this method cause once u delete the flash to put the new files in, the buttons wont work so then u just bricked ur psp!!!

i know splodger, but if u have to tell the program to copy the files after deleting the falsh manually it wont work, unless u can replace the files or something...

Not actually true. Its what is in memory that is used, it doesn't read the firmware modules from the NAND all the time.

When upgrading the firmware is wiped before hand and then after that is done, it writes the new files to the firmware.
