Heres an excerpt:

It is the year 1944. Countless restless souls filled with hatred and fear is born everyday because of World War II. With all their malicious energy directed towards humans, the evil Castlevania is once again summoned into the world and disaster threatens the living. Now having inherited the legendary whip in the vampire slaying Morris family, Jonathan Morris, together with his childhood friend and famous sorceress Charlotte Orlean, they fight their way into the castle.

Both Jonathan and Charlotte were expecting to face Dracula again but they learn that another evil was at work. A vampire artist from World War I named Brauner along with his two twin daughters Stella and Loretta are using paintings to control the energy in Castlevania for their own evil deeds. Now it’s up to Jonathan and Charlotte to destroy these paintings, weakening their power before they unleash their horror upon the human world.
