It includes:
* Revisions to strengthen security have been added.
* PLAYSTATION(R)Network titles are now supported under [Games].
* [Remote Play] has been added as a feature under [Network].
* [Online Instruction Manuals] has been added as a feature under [Network].
* Timed recording has been added as a feature under [RSS Channel].
* A visual player has been added as a feature under [Musoc].
* 3-speed fast forward and fast reverse has been added as a feature under [Music].
* [Camera] has been added as a feature under [Photo].
* [UMD(TM) Auto-Start] has been added as a feature in [System Settings] under [Settings].

HOMEBREW HAS BEEN CONFIRMED NOT TO WORK ON 3.00. DO NOT UPDATE IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN THE ABILITY TO PLAY HOMEBREW GAMES/APPS.

For now, the update is only available through "Network Update" on the PSP XMB.

Uhh, the visual player and the possibility to disable UMD-Autostart sounds interesting, u I'll stay on 2.80, as there is an eLoader now...

=D THANK GOD! There's a way to stop it from auto-starting now? Awesome.

This is great news... before I have to battle the elements and go to school. o_o But cool none the less. Hopefully they'll actually release some PSX games eventually.

i upgraded since it has some funky functions turns out u cant play homebrrew and it sucks because i dont have a ps3..
