ps2 saves on psp

Hey there im looking for a easy way to move my ps2 saves on to a memory stick using my psp so i can put them on my ps3, without buy sonys adaptor or paying a sent i have the cable i need for psp data transfers. any help would be great.

Can't you just network them or stick a usb storge device in the PS2

No unfortunatly i need to convert the .max or what ever stuff saves as to a .psv file type so the ps3 will see it.

This is my same problem and I don't knwo what to do. I think I'm gonna have to shell out the money for an adapter. Hopefully I can rent it from blockbuster or something.

another way for sony to make money. thats pretty dumb. and i dont think blockbuster will allow you to rent the adapter because sony wouldnt get the money
