PS1P is already extremely fast for a Alpha release, but by tinkering with the CPU speed, (Press L+R and up in the Emu) and that speed can increase doubly, maybe even triply.

Use a litlle program called Alchohol 120%. It's legal cause you own the games.

yes this is true u can double or triple but very hard to find the right settings with final fantasy 9 i found out that 400% is better than 2000% which people wer saying is the best soo mess around with it and it does go pretty high i got it up in the 10,000's till my psp froze and shut off so check it out and put input in on it
