Youtube rips and PSP

Ok i'v just figured out how to rip videos from youtube:):p and some of these vids i want to get onto the psp but ...the problem is that they don't have any particular format(.avi/.mpg etc.) and i can run them on my VLC media player. So scince they have no file format than it cant get converted thats when i decided to consult the PSP experts here lol. well with this is an attachment of a video i riped(my favorate so far) it's a tribute to Zer/ X from mega Man X and the music is kryptonite by 3 Doors Down so can some one help me.

u should've used www.getflv.com

if u do, change the d/l file extension 2 .flv

then get the GPP converter (www.psp411.com's software area) and drag-and-drop the .flv files
then u should be ab le 2 run them on ur psp
