me and fackue were talking about this last night. what are the major differences between the two?

I think the PC version if for things beyond programing games, while the DC is strickly for games.

so the DC can see the diff if u try to use PC winCE with it? how incompatiable are they? fackue claimed on aim the issue might be the DC bios causing interference? Idk..

... There is no such thing as PC WinCE. There's for PPC. Binaries have absolutely nothing to with each other. The APIs should be nearly identical though.

There is NO WAY to take pre-written programs for WinCE and have them run on the Dreamcast.
