I can get ahold of a copy of epsilon.
Does this help me at all?

Epsilon is for the modchip and is for modchip owners sell the 2.82 and get one you can downgrade

You need the modchip since you upgraded to 2.82 and there is no exploit for 2.82, but the modchip fixes that.
