Upgrade from 2.71-SEB to 2.71 -SEC fails

If i look at the setting of the PSP i see 2.71-B.
I wanted to use 2.71SE-C easy Install.exe by virua.exe. But when i follow the instructions is i get a icon at GAMES saying PSP update verion 2.00. When i run that, i get a prompt saying that my psp already has version 2.71 and that i do not have to upgrade. Now is my question. How do i upgrade to SE-C and how do i remove the ICON under the games menu ?

they might not be as legal as the other psp websites, like DCEmu for example, but they do have Ultimate INstallers in the forums, made by Chaos Zero.
