So, I noticed that Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops allows for single-disc Game Share for a simple deathmatch preset rules. I have two PSPs, one with a broken UMD drive, which are both at firmware 1.50. I've been using the recent DevHook release to play the game on my newer PSP. When I try to use DevHook on the other PSP, however, to recieve the Game Share download, it can recieve it just fine and displays the PSP game boot animation, but has an error that resets back to the main PSP menu with the DevHook menu opened. The error is "The game could not be started. (80020148)"
Seeing as the older PSP's UMD drive is broken, I can't try a lot of other workarounds. Any help?
