DSLua Documentation

It seemed like the main reason people aren't using DSLua is because of the lack of documentation. I've written a DSLua 0.6 documentation (yes, DSLua is alive now!) which is right here, for now: http://www.bio-gaming.com/jeremy/dslua/documentation/xhtml

I'll move it to dslua.com when I get admin access to the site. DSLua 0.6 will be released very soon with the source code.
