Need Help! Devhook problems

Can someone get me the easy installer for the lastest devhook. And also, which firmware is required fr the lastest Metal Gear Solid game?

GTA:LCS is 2.81 and works with DevHook 0.51, so MGS:PO should (it better do cause i've ordered it)

Liberty City is 2.00 or 2.60 patched. Vice City Stories is 2.81 so you might wanna change your sig.
