Final Fantasy VII on PSP

Hey... For about 1 or 1 1/2 years...
I've found a site that explains how to start
FF 7 PC VERSION on the PSP.

At this time my brother had only a 32MB Card.
Now he has a 1024MB Card a I thought what we could try it.
The problem is that I can't find that site^^"

It would be great to know how this works!
Can someone explain it to me?
