I've been looking for the newest version of the Treamcast vga adapter since they boot bootdiscs :), but haven't found one. I've been looking on ebay and google and no luck. If anyone could give me a link where one is available that would be great! appreciate it.

Yes, but bootdiscs aren't usally compatible with vga adapters. But the Treamcast is compatible with bootdiscs. That's y I want it.

Sorry, forgot to mention. It boots selfbootable discs as well. Thats y I want it, the Sega one doesn't.

afaik treamcast=dreamcast
except very few, they all boot cd-r disks

however, the bext bootdisk is called DC-X but it's impossbile to find and there's no iso release of it

Meh, Treamcast is a Chinese brand of 3rd party hardware. VGA boxes don't display the bootdisc's menu, because they don't support the VGA output.
BTW, I've got 3 DC-X bootdiscs laying around... hehe
