If there was, you would know about it. Trade PSPs with somebody who has a 2.71 or lower.

mobo = motherboard
sony's realeased two motherboards that keep people from being able to downgrade their psp's ta-082 and ta-083

also sony released ta-86 which is also not downgradeable
ta-86 comes with pink psps

its better to trade in a high fw like 3.x instead of waiting untill it has been cracked

3.00 will be cracked before 3.02 does

The reason we have 3.01 and 3.02 is that Sony have stated there was a security flaw that allowed you to still write to flash if my memory serves me correctly, so they released updated fw within 24hrs of the original 3.00 update.
This leads us to believe that 3.00 will be cracked before 3.01 or.02 as the security is even tighter on those higher firmwares.

that was why? i thought 3.01 was released because a game (Janne D'arc or whatever) didnt work with 3.00.

No 3.0/3.01/3.02 Downgraders yet.

When there is, you'll be informed by the front page :rolleyes:
