If there was, you would know about it. Trade PSPs with somebody who has a 2.71 or lower.

Damn that sucks i cant downgrade ill try to get a new psp or a diffrent one thanx though. will there ever be a 3.02 downgrader?

December 19th, 2006, 00:13
maybe, just as long as you dont have a TA-082 MOBO. but i heard there was an exploit found. Idk, it might be a rumor

TA-082 MOBO whats that

December 19th, 2006, 03:41
mobo = motherboard
sony's realeased two motherboards that keep people from being able to downgrade their psp's ta-082 and ta-083

December 19th, 2006, 08:07
also sony released ta-86 which is also not downgradeable
ta-86 comes with pink psps

its better to trade in a high fw like 3.x instead of waiting untill it has been cracked

3.00 will be cracked before 3.02 does

December 19th, 2006, 14:42
how about 3.01??

December 19th, 2006, 15:49
The reason we have 3.01 and 3.02 is that Sony have stated there was a security flaw that allowed you to still write to flash if my memory serves me correctly, so they released updated fw within 24hrs of the original 3.00 update.
This leads us to believe that 3.00 will be cracked before 3.01 or.02 as the security is even tighter on those higher firmwares.

okay dude, thanks for tellin' :)

December 19th, 2006, 16:01
that was why? i thought 3.01 was released because a game (Janne D'arc or whatever) didnt work with 3.00.

December 19th, 2006, 16:17
Yeh thats what i thought as well because a game didnt work i know there was a bug in the visualizer

No 3.0/3.01/3.02 Downgraders yet.

When there is, you'll be informed by the front page
