Need Help With homebrew

ok...i got a m3 lite and a passcard...when i download a hombrew...like super smash tactics...it has three files...(sc.nds .nds .gba) wich one should i put in my memory?

either the .nds or the .gba
it doesnt matter.
the sc.nds is for the supercard.
