after bricking my psp months ago i decided to finally get it chipped and now have it back, but as with most things associated with me, nothing seems to go quite to plan.

at this stage im yet to get devhook .51 to run properly and sucessfully launch UMD's from the memory stick or Dumped UMD images (my own original dumps).

so basically im wonderin, if Im running the official 2.71 sony firmware with the epsilon 1.1 bios how the heck do I emulate the newer firmware? do i have to wait for a new release from epsilon? or is there an installer of some sort that can help me?

any guidence from someone who has managed to get devhook .51 working on their chipped psp would be awesome.

Sounds like you want to load ISO'S

The whole point of having a modchip is to not need devhook and have the assurity that you can "devhook" any firmware.

Theres other programs that let you load UMDs and backed up UMDs.

Like mavsman4457 said, the whole point of a modchip is to remove the need for devhook completely.
