How do you install VCS Cheat device onto 3.02OE-A custom firmware??????

You make a folder on the ms root called "seplugins". Inside that, you created 2 .txt files. One called "game.txt" and "vsh.txt" Also in this file put the vcscheatdevice.prx.

Open the game.txt file and type

ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx

then save it. Unhook your PSP, and enter recovery mode.
Go to plugins and you should find the vcscheatdevice.prx there. Enable it and exit Recovery mode. Enjoy!
