These 2 apps will do everything you need to play psx games
ZAPP to convert your games to NTSC (fixing every game except FF9 for me)
and the PopStation GUI V0.2 by KingSquitter
you can add all your icons and fix your saves with it
I dont know if anyone else has mentioned this but for multi disk games like final fantasy you have to keep the game title and scus number the same for every disk
eg: FF7 Disk 1
Title: FFVII
SCUS: 55679
FF7 Disk 2
Title: FFVII
SCUS: 55679
NOT
FF7 Disk 1
Title: FFVII Disk1
SCUS:23453
FF7 Disk 2
Title FFVII Disk2

it will not read your saves for the second disk
Edit: you need the orginal popstation files in the files folder for the gui
and you also have to have created your output directory before converting otherwise it wont save
