Dumping and Uploading GBA Save games with DS tech?

I was wondering what hardware I would need to dump and upload savegames on to my commercial GBA carts with my DS.
I couldn't find any information on it, but with the current technology I'm positive that it can be done somehow..

Any information or links would be great :)
