Thank you, charnold. It's a tough decision about what homebrew to fit on a tiny memory stick these days, but dungeons stays on there indefinately. This is shaping up to be better than a commercial fps.

All this needs now is a HUD. This game would improve like 50% if it had a HUD. This little numbers just take so much away aesthetically.

Oh, and some more weapons. Especially now that enemies can have their life changed, you can introduce more guns that deal more or less damage.

Found a bug! When my ammo runs out, I don't get a "0", it just disappears. Then when I get more ammo it never comes back and shows me how much ammo I have. I just don't know. At least that's the deal on the PC version.

Awesome, downloaded :)

This game is really shaping up to be the premier title for PSP homebrew.

And yes, this has been a great week.

quake 3 rocks

A little closer to Quake 2. The thing I really like about it is how easy it is to mod. I've never seen an easier level creation system.

yea its closer to quake 2 than 3.

also, with the level selector, this game is now probably my favorite homebrew game for PSP.

I can't seem to get any version of this game to run on my PSP, all it does is boot up, the mem stick light goes solid then it shuts down. Any ideas?

PS: Running 3.02 OE-B

Make a Dungeons folder in your GAME folder, and put all the data there, then put the folders with the EBOOTs in GAME150.

How would someone using HEN-D emulating firmware 1.5 be able to play this game?

F9zDark

Put it into the GAME folder as any other 1.5 homebrew. Should work fine.

Guys, you're of course entitled to your opinions.. But are you aware that the models in the screenshot in this thread are Quake 3 models? Like, directly from the retail game, made by id, intellectual property, Q3A.
(I doubt id will take any legal action if they see this game, they don't really do that..)

Quake 2 did not have models of that caliber, the only thing I see that is Quake2-ish are the concrete-like textures used on every wall.. But only because there were concrete-like surfaces in Quake 2.

Anyhow, I've never heard of/played this game so I'll give it a try immediately. Looks like it could have a lot of potential.

so, if they are already existing models, than does that mean that you could insert your own models for characters, and perhaps guns? And how do you edit things like difficulty and health, and the other things that the mods online do?
