Well, Theres PS1P.PSXP and Popstation.

PS1P - 1.5/2.71 SE/3.02 0E-B(I think)
PSXP - 1.5/2.71 SE/3.02 OE-B(I think)
Popstation(FullSpeed) - 3.02 OE-B Only.

Basically prior to the release of popstation by Dark_Alex, The playstation emu's were great but not fast. On Firmware 2.81 though there is sadly neither a downgrader nor an eloader ( yet) so there is no way as of now for you to use popstation or any other emulator:( Sorry man, just keep at your firmware and wait for some good news.

Eloader is used to load homebrews on 2.80 NOT ON 2.81

don't upgrade!! it's going to take longer for you to be able to play homebrew/emulated games if you do
