Ok, heres what I have been doing.

I rip the cd.bin file from the firs ff7 disk using IsoBuster.

Next I downloaded Clean popstation and converted the cd.bin into an eboot file. I placed the file into PSP/game/ff7 folder. But when I start the game it wont start am i missing something? Also i get the error 80000004.

P.S. Am using the PAL version of the game.

Are you on oe-a or oe-b.
Also, you should have a "keys.bin" from hotshots golf in the ff7 folder

OK i managed to get hot shots 2, it contains like 9 files, which file is the key.bin in?

It is in all of them.
Take the eboot (which is also in all of the files) and put it is the popstation folder. Rename it "base.pbp". Put the keys.bin in the popstation folder aswell and run popstation again. It will create a new eboot which you should put in your ff7 folder. Copy your keys.bin into the ff7 folder aswell.
It should look like this:
PSP>GAME>ff7>eboot.pbp, keys.bin

Dam I have a seroius prolem now, the game works but the screen isnt centred its got a 1cm border on the top of the screen and looks as if the screen has been ushed down. Also its got some purple glitching and other texture problems.

It sounds like your ff7 disc is PAL.
Use this to convert it and then repeat the process above

You tend to get a lot of incompatability with PAL games, try and get an NTSC version of the game, that will help

Clean popstation (which contains copyrighted files and hence is not "clean" legally) should have been bundled with a keys.bin file.

Click on search and select your iso. Then select "apply zapper" and it will convert it from pal to ntsc

Im not sure. You could try converting it using this gui which has an option for pal games.

I have had mixed success converting PAL to NTSC. some work, some don't. It's just random luck I think
