After a long time waiting i have finnally fixxed my pc, got my cygwin working, found my backup of my src's and got back to working on this. .... its been recoded and has ALOT MORE FEATURES. More security has been added. It does write to flash so you still have a chance to brick cough* EXTREME NOOB cough*... Some new features include :

Gameboot flashing,
font flashing,
All wallpaper flashing,
Enable / Disable Net Update
Topmenu Plugin flashing
Bootsound Plugin Flashing
Full dump
ect

I would like to say thanks to dreadnought for all the help and birdman for the gfx

P.s Works on 2.8 ( must patch sfo ), 1.5, 2.71 se, 3.02 oe a and b ( I suggest using custom firm )

Edit : PEOPLE NEED TO RELISE WHAT FIRMWARE THERE USING TO FLASH TOPMENU PLUGIN.... DONT TRY TO FLASH A 1.5 ONE ON 2.8 ..... I WILL LOOK INTO THIS

how would i flash backgrounds on 3.02oe-b?

do i ned the 1-12.bmp?

or can i just use 01.bmp, 02.bmp, 03.bmp..ect...

i just tried to install the 3.02oe bmps and i accidentally installed 01.bmp, 02.bmp, 03.bmp..ect... can i uninstall them?

i just tried to install the 3.02oe bmps and i accidentally installed 01.bmp, 02.bmp, 03.bmp..ect... can i uninstall them?

might be easier to just use a jpeg as a background from the photo menu. once you apply it as the background you can delete the pic iif you want

but i can't apply them...it doesn't let me. it never flashes the wallpaper from photo menu...i don't know why...

oh and by the way i have 3.02OE-b if i didn't mention before.

I have the same issue, I can set a wallpaper as background on 3.02OE-B but as soon as I power off the PSP, I get nothing but a black background. I then have to go and set the 'use wallpaper' to no to get the standard xmb background back.

Anyone know of a fix for this issue? I've looked around but not found anything as yet.

What format do bootsounds have to be in? I've tried .vag but the file is never found.

you have a bad flash1. rename the flasher (both dir's) in your game dir to recovery and run from recovery mode
this will reinstall the custom firmware
