Buying license for Hot Shots Golf 2 and Custom PSX Games

Sadly, I have a 3.02 firmware psp and this has kept me out of the loop of some of the fun PSX emulators out there. I have created my own EBOOTS of FFVII and the PSP says that there is invalid copyright data. So my question is if I purchase Hot Shots Golf 2 off my PS3 and download the certificate onto my PSP, would this make FFVII work?

nope only the custom firmware can make your created psx eboots run on the psp, wait for an official release from sony or wait until you can install custom firmwares on your psp

There's a downgrader for 3.03.

You will need an un-patched copy of GTA LCS though. Look around at blockbuster, or on Ebay.
