Alright, I really want to do it but I just can't decide. I posted ealier that I bought a new PSP, but I also want to fix the bricked one.

I have a BRICKED v2.80 w/TA-082 motherboard and I was wondering if I could replace it w/ a non TA-082 motherboard? Most of the motherboards on ebay are selling for around $90(NINETY US DOLLARS), and some as cheap as $70. Most of them claim to be v1.5 firmware, but they don't specify what models they are, TA-079, 81, 82, etc.

I just wanted to know for sure if there were problems that could occur. Such as some motherboard parts not being compatible w/others such as wifi, sound in/out, voltage problems, etc.

I would really appreciate if someone could confirm something. And thanks ahead to the ones that knows something.

AGAIN, THANKS AHEAD!

Peace!

if they are 1.5 firmware, it wont matter if it is ta-082 or not, but if u just want a non 082 then idk how to help you find one..

As far as i know any motherboard should work, it doesn't matter what model it is.
