ok so im new to all this psp homebrew and downgrading stuff. i know i have a 2.80 but whats with all the TA versions and all that? how do i tell if i have that and if im able to downgrade?

what does it mean if i do have that red lettering on my psp? i havent even looked im jus curious? does it mean that it cant be downgraded?

If you have the lettering exactly how it appears in the red section, that means you have a ta-082. If you have a ta-082, you can downgrade if your firmware version is 2.80 or less. I'm not too clued up on downgrading these so hopefully someone else can chip in with some advice here.
