My psp iso only runs when a umd is in. Normal?

I have a PsP Iso , and it only runs if i have a UMD in my psp or else it says this cannot run. Is this normal

Im not askin for isos anthing jst need to know if its normal or how to fix it all i ask for

Yes that's normal. I'm pretty sure it has always been that way.

u can also enable NO UMD mode in the recovery menu under configurations, to play without a umd, it only works for some games tho
