Memory stick games

i am running 3.02 OE B. suddenly when i go to GAME>MEMORY STICK, my PSP freezes and shuts off 10 secs after. I can still access other menus like Music. Should i downgrade back to 1.5 using recovery mode and then install 3.03 OE? or is there a solution to the problem i have?

P.S. I cant get back on my computer for the next 20 hours or so, so dont expect a reply.

I had the same problem today. Mine was because I had PSP filer in the RECOVERY folder. (I had to recover a brick) I changed the name back to "filer" and put my real RECOVERY folder back in (the "GAME" folder) and everything worked fine again.

after i ran pspfiler for the first time (i didnt flash or write anything, just testing it out) the problem happened. i dont have it in the recovery folder though. I am just going to reflash 1.5 with recovery mode and then update to 3.03 OE
