You can check for TA-082 motherboard. Although there are a few that are not TA-082's. But i think this one is a TA-082 when did he purchase it

I've just downgraded my sisters and a friends PSP using the TA-082 downgrader and they're both white and had the writing inside the UMD so you should have no need to worry

Splodger , he got his PSP last April or May I think. Im getting his PSP aound 6pm UK time so Ill check it out then.

Cal360 , what do you mean by "had the writing inside the UMD" ? Do you mean it had the same writing as shown in the pic ScottyBoyNow just posted up? and how stable is the TA-82 downgrader? I dont wanna mess up his PSP.

Wow, I have been doing the rounds this week huh? Downgraded my mate's PSP twice and now downgrading another. Wish i never opened my mouth :)

It shouldnt be a TA-082 if he got it that time. I got mine around that time and it was a 2.50 and non TA-082

Yes it was the same writing and it works fine its just like doing the recovery you did last night (right now my sister is playing GTA 2 on 3.03 OE-B). The downgrader I used was Dark_Alex's 2.71 TA-082 version.
