psp and ps1 not loading

hi i cant get my psp games or my ps1 games to load im on 3.03 oe b but nothing is loading iv tried formating my memory stick but no luck. it all worked when i was on oe a so im confused any help would be great. also could someone post a step by step tutorial of how to get recovery working and the correct places to put the relevent files.
ps im not a noob just dnt post much

Do you have them in the GAME folder. And are they in a folder like SCUS95749 and do they have the keys.bin file with them

ye i have them in the game folder not game 1.50 and yes i have the keys .bin iv done it the same as i used to but its now not working on 3.03b
i think ill just recover to 1.50 and go back up can any do a tutorial on this as im scared iv never done it just wanna no what files i need and where and how i run it

Is the game in Eboot format

Have a LOOK HERE (http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=58369) you want the 1.5 option and just install the recovery option

as im already on 3.03 i just install the recovery option rather than the whole option
do i need to put the 1.50 eboot in there aswell or is that not needed

Just install the recovery option. It should come with the Eboot in there named UPDATE.PBP

it keeps frezzong at 80% i have the manual 3.02 download which has the recovery mode file in there do i just drag and drop that

i have done it i downgraded to 1.50 then up to 3.03oe a and games work again THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR HELP :thumbup:
