Details on South Korean PSP web service

So, as it turns out, the South Koreans won’t be getting an unlocked web browser, either, after all. In true Sony fashion, the web browsing capabilites are going to be hobbled (one may here reference the term “lame”) in favor of a proprietary media distribution service called NESPOT powered by Korean ISP KT. Slated to be offered are movies on demand, music, TV, manga and eBooks. It’s not clear how the pricing for the service will work, whether it be a la carte or subscription-based. So pretty much before there’s even talk of mimicking this in the States, we can pretty much safely say we can’t imagine buying into it. Not when there’s plenty of free content available elsewhere.

I thought that i read somewhere that the service would be supplied via a subscrition(monthly) fee

Either way sucks, it looks like alot more people will end up using Wipeout's exploit for longer than we thought.. NESPOT is cool for the average user, but Sony need to release an official browser for everyone else that wants a stable browser to use for surfin the net etc..
