View Full Version : Final Fantasy 7 NEED HELP FAST

I got final fantasy to work then i put new game and the game froze when the stars come out then i said well maybe i f i uncompress it i did then it froze again in the same place don't know what i am doing wrong
my game is ntsc and its of my own original cd and
the fist time i tried it dident load up the game now it loads the game but freezes in the stars that come out at the beginning of the game and i converted may game using simple pop station GUI if u now what imam doing wrong please comment about it any help is appreciated.:confused:

Rip it again with a different program, CloneCD is good usually.

that is what iam using then i used magic iso.

on clone cd iam using this settings copy cd, and then i choose game cd then rip.

use UltraISO, and click make a image of this disc, click ISO and your done

k iam using ultraiso i tell u if it worked.

on ultra iso i chose this options: make standard iso then it told me to check this skip bad sectors i dident put a check by that and enable iso volume filter i dident check that tell me if this is correct.

I had a same problem with FF7 pal but it freezed in the world map; i recoverted the game iso with the popstation via CMD and everything is fine now, i backuped the game with clone cd...

like every1 else says, use clonecd and use copy cd then game cd, this helps alot becus now it nows u are usin it 4 games so its works more!

Try ISO producer...

But on UltraISO there is a small icon when you hover over it says make image, thats what you need to click

hey i just wanted to let you know if you dont already convert your games to bin/cue or img/ccd/sub so that the games will work properly i tried a few in .iso form and they didnt work but in bin they worked great
