i hate this thing because its pissin me off so much, my problem is of course, always has my icon having the blackbackground behind it

e.g.

as you see here the damn thing always has my background seen, like the black surrounding the folder (this one dont have problems though)
i dont know what im doing wrong, and ive copied the SAME exact color into the picture,

SOME BODY PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS DOH!!

why not use photo shop then change the transparancy?

uh, you go to layer properties then change the opticy (spelling is wrong, look for close one) then lower it

100 = solid 0=invisible

also u can use the magic wand, right click the area, layer via cut and delete the new layer

Um it's not that simple even if you make it so, you have to make it so that every black( color of what you want not be invisible) color is invisible, you have to go deep in options there was a tut over maxconsole but i cant find it, Ill let you know if i do

no need to i made a guide and i know how to do it thanks for the help anyway

also all above methods, as such i have NO IDEA how they worked, and what you were suggesting

you cant just change the transparency....
as there saved as a bitmap if you read the "README" with the flasher it tells you how
