A guide for ps1 beginners?

Is there a guide on how to do everything to be able to play ps1 games on 3.03 oe-b?? im confused on how to do it all and need help. i think i have most of the programs needed but not sure. can anyone help or make a easy guide on how to do it all? any help would be good. thanks

it's easy, i thought it wasn't working but my rips were bad. get a good gui and it's as easy as pie.
