need help with 2.80 downgrader

ok, i wrote the thread below this, asking about downgrading, now i got the HEN files onto my psp, ,and they show up in the PHOTO file, so alls well and good so far, but when i try to go into the HEN_280 folder, my psp freezes, and even though the memory stick light is flashing, it switches itself off after a while, and then when i switch it back on, im back at the beginning, so i go into the PHOTO file, click into HEN_280, and it freezes again.... but the memory stick light is flashing.... and then it swithces off..... repeat as needed... am i doing something wrong?

Ight turn off your psp all the way, turn it on then go to photo and press start not X your psp should turn off in like 5 secs and it should show a blue red or green screen if you have aim contact me ill help you out
