Called Rage Control, the game was tested during a pilot study at the hospital, and tasks players with shooting down enemy spacecraft while avoiding friendly ships. Using a finger-mounted sensor, it monitors the player’s heart rate and takes away the ability to shoot if it rises above a certain level. It sounds like a recipe for a hurled controller to us, but has proven surprisingly effective in practice.
