like last time there was a way to download stuff from hk, but well i want to download something from the jp store, is it possible with the same way?

I think the PS Store is region based, but I don't know enough about it. Try contacting Sony.

the thing is when you create a new user you can select your region, so like i got this free downloadable game from the jp store, but well i want to download downloadable content for it, so i wonder can i just enter the credit card number as usual

no idear.... but if u find out tell us... if fl0w is released in japan before canada i might buy it....
