I have been out of the scene for ages and was thinking of buying a new PSP (I sold my old one) now that the new unofficial firmware is out. I have done a lot of reading up on the differences between 3.03 and 3.03 OE versions but I am still not sure sure of the differences between 1.5 and 3.03 official firmware, since I would be getting the features of that too.

For instance, does it have a built in browser yet? Can it play any different video formats? Any new stuff it can do? That sort of thing.

Thanks in advance for any help that could be given.

Its just basically 3.03 that runs homebrew and un-approved psx games. there is no point in running 1.5 nowadays as 3.03OE-C does everything that 1.5 can plus a helleva lot more.

Yeah, I know, that's not really what I asked though :P

I want to know the features that the official 3.03 firmware has over 1.5.
