Pinball Challenge Deluxe Flash cart advice

Hi,

Looking for some advice please, bit overwhelmed and confused by the choice after googling.

I have a Nintendo DS (not Lite), and recetly won a Pinball Challenge Deluxe GBA cartridge on e-bay. Unfortunately it doesn't save highscores, but apparently it will work on a flash cart. The publishers made a boo boo in production, it's not a duff cartridge.

So what I want to be able to do is dump a rom off the cartridge (this is the bit I'm confused about), and put it on a flash cart - as cheaply as possible.

Can anyone recommend me a setup that can do this? ... you wouldn't believe how important those highscores are to me ;)
