N64 online using psp??

i have always wanted to play mario cart 64 online but since the 64 doesnt have that and i know there were some n64 emulators (i have been away from the psp scene for a while), have they got the n64 emulator to work well yet? (full framerates and all) and is it online?

also while im at it i might as well ask about a GBA emulator, if that has good framerates yet, online doesnt matter for the GBA though.

i herd a lill while back that 3 ppl( i think three) and im not sure but also i think splodger15 said something about him helping with its code for a new n64 emu
