Questions about Undiluted Platinum

I have a few questions about UP.
I am getting it soon, but before I do, I want to know a little about it.
I know about the main features.

1. If I would brick my UP flash, can I reflash it though USB?
2. If I brick my normal flash, can I reflash that?
3. Is there a way to get one for less than $70 (modchip store price)?

I'm planning on getting Chicago Game Werks to install it because it's $30 cheaper and they say they are faster than other places.

u can reflash any of the flashes. all the UP is is another flash and something that lets you access the flashes through your computer.
