Here it is, fresh to go for when the new decrypter comes out or when you need it for the next custom FW. PSP-hacks.com won't have it for a while longer as will any other site. Pulled fresh from my /ms0.

We can get the 3.10 eboot anywere.
And it is probaly SAFER to download from a trusted source
